Hi OWH #180 Sketch Challenge

Hi to everyone,
it's that time again, another sketch from Operation Write Home.  For some reason, I really struggled with this one.  I changed my design mind at least four times, and almost "bailed" to traditional red, white and blue.  Not that would have been bad, but I bought several new 6x6 pads, and I'm really stumped at using a few of them.  Oh well... here it is, I finally had to commit and just go with it.  Best wishes for a great week!

  1. I like your papers on this card and using the hexagons is a unique idea. I have buyer's remorse sometimes too...that paper pad looks much better in the store somehow! Hope you can make more cards like this one.

  4. I'm glad you didn't bail. This came out very nice and I like that you used the hexagons instead of squares. Great thinking.
