Color Theory: Part II

It's so great having a whole day to myself!  Being somewhat new to OWH, I took on the challenge to make all the sketches.  Even though I started this last summer, there were a few interruptions!  Here's today's Boot Camp Color Theory  using  Sketch #135 (sort of!) in nature colors.

DP:  Bold Basics by Recollections
Die:  Spellbinders Hegaons
Edge Punch:  ek

  1. Great paper choices Cheryl. The shades of green and brown definitely would fall into a "based on nature" scheme... they make me think of the woods. So many nice little details too... the cord and the small scalloped green border and the three brads that echo the polka dotted paper are a perfect finishing touch.

  3. Beautiful! The pop of blue-green in it gives it a very fresh feel.

  4. Awesome card! I really like the hexagon shape for the sentiment and the choice of plaid paper. Good luck completing all the sketches. I've often thought of taking on the challenge but haven't made a commitment to do so. I struggle with just keeping up with the midweek throwdown and current challenges. So wish i had more time to craft, 5 kids ages 20 to 1o. Maybe some day!
